And to those who say "But ST isn't a Christian show." I know that. But it actually IS in line with lots of Christian beliefs and has heavy spiritual themes that connect to the gospel. Look up the book, "The World Turned Upside Down: Finding the Gospel in Stranger Things" by Michael S. Heiser. Stranger Things and Christianity overlap. And what I said is not contradictory. Yes, a large portion of the country would find Byler weird. There are still Christians left, and they do watch the show. And they watch the show with their families. Those who share my worldview agree with me and will not be cool with Byler. Also there are celibate gay people who agree with me. But in Gen Z- my generation- I'm willing to admit that I'm not the majority. And it takes courage to speak out against what everyone thinks is okay. Both things can be true. And I'd support Byler if it was right.
