My new coworker is the best
Meet PamPam. My new best work friend (thanks god, work's been a tomb lately). She's got this unwavering "always here to help" energy, as you can see, that I personally find quite refreshing and contagious on those "grey days". She's just really fun. You kinda get the sense that she's about to break into song and dance at any moment (or bash the office to bits with her bat/cane), you just can't be sure what PamPam's thinking, not really (like not at all!), which is pretty exciting, if you're asking me, considering all the brainless exchanges going on around here every day. Like, one glance at her and you just know it: PamPam's a rare breed, a real wild card - an ace of hearts and a queen of clubs combined - a classy sassy-frass roots cave-dweller, but I'll tell you, I know for a fact she would never speak ill of anyone or out of turn (or at all even). And, by the way, speaking of her unorthodox approach, what do you think of her emotional labour coin slot? If you're asking me, that there is nothing short of an office space revelation. She calls it a bear necessity. Says if a bear's gonna work, put her whole ripped-out heart into a place, she definitely's gonna need to receive some of that honey money. And sure, let's face it, we can all see she's bearly hanging on for dear life at this point, I mean, she's sort of stuck now (frozen literally and forever) in her wild circus bear ways, but after one shift with her I could just tell, this lady's a true blue fuzzy-wuzzy progressive with that one dead set forward-looking eye gleaming firmly at the future. The future of workplace sanity, if you're asking me. I know I'm proudly excited to say, HR will be having IT install my own emotional labour coin slot this very Friday. They'll be garnishing the next few paycheques for the anaesthesia and the surgery, of course, but the long run compensation after the few weeks of recoup will be worth it. Anyway, just wanted to ay thank you, PamPam, you're an inventor and a renegade, we appreciate you girlo, and big hugs and welcomes to the team. We all hope you'll become a permanent fixture around here!!!!
