Sydney Day 1, Vacation Day 7: We arrived in Sydney at around 6:30 and went straight to our hotel at The Westin Sydney right in the heart of Sydney. We were craving Pho so I took my brother to An Restaurant (Pho An). I remember this place vividly because the pho was absolutely delicious. Their noodles aren't the typical either and is in similar texture to the noodles I had at the pho restaurant in Seattle where they made their own noodles in-house. The broth is still so tasty. When I went here last time, it was mentioned that the owner would come in late at night and make the broth for the following day so no one would try and replicate the same recipe. Some next level stuff I tell you. We explored the malls around New South Wales for a few hours and then pho hit is with food coma and also having had a red-eye flight we relaxed in our hotel room and made way for dinner at ShanCheng Hotpot. My goodness this was good! They had everything that I like in hotpot! Razor clams, scallop with roe, marbled beef, enoki mushrooms, fish balls stuffed with roe, lamb, watercress, and great choices for broth! Sydney has this amazing lockout law so they stop serving drinks at like 12am and club entry is closed at 1am. It was 11:30pm by the time I got back to the hotel annnnnnnd I just decided to catch up with my old buddy @lennyboisterous. Homie is the guy that first booked me out on my solo trip to teach in Australia. I consider him a great person and an even better friend. Thanks for driving all the way to catch up with me brother! #Sydney #Australia #ShanchengHotpot #Pho #AnRestaurant #TheWestinSydney#DGen #DanceGenerationStudios #Vacation #GoodEats (at Sydney, Australia)
