Do you take antacids?
Yes
No, but I used to
No, I've never taken them
NOTE: Antacids (e.g. magnesium hydroxide) are different from Proton Pump Inhibitors (e.g. lansoprazole, omeprazole) even though they both relieve the symptoms of acid reflux, heartburn or indigestion.

Attention iron supplement users
If you take iron supplements and also have to use antacids or calcium supplements as well make sure to take them separately (1-2 hours apart) as the calcium can negatively affect the iron absorption
