Evan with all his friendly colleagues, relaxing after a tiring day and… just Magda and Marco. In all their glory.
Old Anthroutopia sketches. Can you guess each animal? :)
One horse lady really wanted to be a more useful worker, because any horse is judged primarily by the strength and efficiency of its work. Sometimes a little help is needed to keep yourself in shape, and despite the clear understanding that it was done with good intentions, a sense of foreboding wouldn't leave her.
Happy Halloween, guys 🎃 Redgrave's connection to death, both in human and animal form, is, for me, one of the fundamental aspects of his character. He has always been and will always be connected to it, whether he wants it or not.
References for my big anthropomorphic Beholder 2 AU called "Anthroutopia" that which often occupies my thoughts. Each animal was chosen by me for the character for reasons. Here are all the key characters from the first floor are presented (And Caleb and James).
Bonus: Characters with photographs of their real prototypes
"One day, a raven named Evan received news that his father had died after falling from a great height. Rumors and jokes about a politician trying to grow his wings spread quickly, and it seemed there was something deeply fishy about it…"
A curious fact about Anthroutopia for all of you: the same warm affection for cats that Carl has in the original also exists in this version.
Other animals think it's quite amusing for a rat, but facts and observations by Isaac and his minions suggest that the mere sight of them can calm his clones, making them feel safer and more pliable, which is quiet convenient for his experiments.
Carl Stein in this version was adopted and raised by a childless cat family before the directive banned such adoptions. People of cat kind are still someone who he feels emotional connection to, but when it comes to lawbreakers, all this warmth instantly vanishes - a fleeting glimpse of Hector, that nervous old cat gentleman, is something he doesn’t remember with positive attitude.
My sketches don't perform very well in other social networks, maybe it will work better here. Animalisation of some Beholder 2 characters, because it’s fun.
