Most Total Drama ships are fine. Beyond the initial shock value of "you ship that???" i don't care if you ship characters that never met or only interacted once. Obviously if it's illegal or clearly abusive those are bad by default (like idk christopher or sugella, if you ship those, why?). Otherwise, what's wrong with noco or gwuncan or samopher or davody? They may be dumb or poorly executed (and the only one of those i like is noco), but they're not the worst things in the world. Save your hatred, guys.

what she means: sherry tinsdale is one of the many women that amy sherman palladino decided to vilify for no better reason than that she’s "the girlfriend”. sherry is actually pretty cool and fascinating and, had she been taken seriously, she would have offered a different view on motherhood that this show is sorely lacking. namely, how it’s actually not for everyone and often you have to struggle to get there. also, condemning sherry only to go around and defend christopher  is DUMB and STUPID and 100 more synonyms. it was never her fault that he couldnt get his shit together or that he couldn’t make it with lorelai. #justiceforsherry

Ok but the way Logan and Christopher are so similar is so interesting because if you pay extra close attention to detail, there are just so many common aspects between the two I didn’t notice until they were in the same room together.

First off, the body language. It’s so eerily similar, I wonder if it’s almost a case with how Luke and Jess were (once again very similar body language) or the actors were informed to do so, ya know. But the way, they both had their hands tucked in the front pockets to the laid-back way they held themselves even to the confidence they held too.

Then something else was how they behave regarding money. It’s well known Christopher didn’t want to take over the business of his father (I’m sorry if that’s somewhat inaccurate but it was along those lines I think), similar to Logan but once they have money, their mind immediately jumps to wasting it endlessly.

Logan and the Life and Death Brigade events as just one example. Christopher also shared something similar when discussing his inherited money. Especially, how G.G.’s schooling was all paid for and how he could even pay for two weddings or even a divorce if she wanted it. (Now I’m not sure if he actually would but I thought I’d throw it out anyways bc it reminded me of Logan.)

Something else on this topic I noticed was that neither Logan or Christopher seem to understand Rory’s and Lorelai’s actual interests or desires at heart, when it comes to gift-giving in particular. Like when Logan gave Rory the Birkin Bag and she literally didn’t know that it was very valuable, expensive, etc. Chris is similar in this when asking Lorelai what she wants and how he can provide with money. He goes on and on about buying castles, cars, etc.

One last thing I just thought was kinda funny was this line that Christopher said to Rory: “Try to steal a pie on your way out.”

I dunno man but I’m just saying it definitely made me think of Logan and the cereal comment..

Anyway, yeah that’s my short little analysis on the similarities between Logan and Christopher! :)
