Everybody who cares a little bit about why romantic!jalec isn’t incest understands and knows there’s a big difference between Jace&Izzy relationship and Jace&Alec relationship. And I’m not even mentioning the fact that one of the firsts things we learn about Alec in the show is that he IS in love with Jace, or at least he LIKES him NOT IN THE WAY A BROTHER LIKES HIS BROTHER. First impressions are important. But off course, if you only care about making disappear all the ships that aren’t the one you love even when they aren’t going to end your endgame ship… you’ll just ignore and deny everything, so I’m not gonna discuss anything with people who don’t care about sharing opinions but making you feel gross for not sharing theirs. I’m not going to lose my time with closed minds and losers like them.
