Akkad Bakkad is a podcast initiative of the Hindi literary platform, Posham Pa, to venture into different forms of art and discuss their impact. It is conceptualized as a series where we will read books together, see films together and then sit together to share what we feel about them—the overall experience of that art form, the emotions it succeeded or failed to invoke, the craft employed, and its location within progressive politics. The literature we explore will range from stories, plays, novels, poetry to films and series. 

For the first discussion of Akkad Bakkad, we have with us Sahej Aziz and Puneet Kusum to discuss 'Antima'. 'Antima' is the first novel by Manav Kaul, a renowned actor, writer, poet; published in 2020 from Hind Yugm Publication. Sahej and Puneet read the book and are meeting for the first time since then to discuss how they liked it. As the discussion proceeds, they not only reflect on Antima as a piece of literature but also on some of the debates in literature that this book embodies.
