Meh, I prefer that than to lose my absolute shit everytime someone post a ship I don't like. I mean, can you imagine anything more sad and exhausting? I fucking cannot stand people who claim to be “pro shippers” and say garbage like “I think antis and pro shipper could get along just fine if they just bothered to be more open minded” LIKE... If you think all of this fucking nonsense is a matter of opinions and people disagreeing, I am sorry, you know fuck all about any of this and I won’t take you seriously at all. It’s not a matter of liking or disliking, thinking this or that. It’s a matter of people who act as if they have a green card to go out to hurt real people over fictional bullshit and other people who rightfully say that is bullshit. You can add all the semantics and rethoric and nonsense you want, but at the end of the day that is the point. That is the whole fucking point of why this discourse impacts people. An anti is an abuser using abuse apologism, not someone with opinions or just dislikes a ship. Someone who dislikes or even hates ships is just another fan, nobody cares about those here. A pro shipper is just someone that wants to exist without being told toxic garbage. There is no fucking way to reconciliate those things together without antis first going through a massive reform in which they all collectively agreed to condemn that behaviour whenever it happens and concede to see shippers as HUMAN BEING first. Until that happens, fuck off with that “be open minded, there is great antis out there uwuw” because I don’t feel like being so “open minded” that I condone abusive behaviour in front of my nose.
