great, but was just weird and didn’t make any sense, so you weren’t that invested in it or it’s inhabitants. This is common in comics where the characters go to alternate worlds and dimensions and you just don’t really care as it’s just too detached. I though Kang was quite a good villain, and I loved forward to seeing him again. I had hoped this movie would start to link up all the stuff with Loki and multiverse madness but it just felt like a side quest. The only thing I hated was that Modok was in it as a throw away joke character with the wrong background and 5 mins or screen time, very disappointing. How they linked to the Yellow Jacket villain was clever, but unnecessary and ultimately bad. I also thought the bit about the ants being lost for hundreds of years and saving the day at the end felt tacked on and pointless. Lastly the whole Star Wars vibe was interesting but “why?” They don’t explain how everyone got there or why they are all the same size etc. I think they could maybe have done some interesting stuff with buildings being molecules and people atoms or all liquid organisms but the fact they are all just people with different facepaint or heads just didn’t work IMO. #mcu #antman #antmanquantumania #quantumania #marvel #marvelcomics #comic #comicbook #graphicnovel https://www.instagram.com/p/Co0OXhWsqWW/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
