My last exam went very well, so now I’m back to writing my dissertation! It helps a lot to work in my local library, it’s a cosy beautiful place!

I was really inspired by @jordans-studyblr post (this one) and I wanted to make one of my own. (although my pictures aren’t nearly as good)
5:00 - I woke up to a really intense pink and orange sky.
6:00 - Planned the day. I’m already behind on my bullet journal because I’m going crazy using Asana. Actually I’m falling in love with it. My planning usually took 4 to 5 days and I could cut it short to less than 3 hours with Asana. I really trying to simplify my processes because I tend to be the master of pointless perfectionism-that-doesn’t-actually-look-perfect.
7:00 - Time to read. I took a break from reading in those last few days of 2017, but now I’m back at it again. Still reading “Inferior” by Angela Saini
9:30 - Had breakfast. I do intermittent fasting, that means I don’t eat between 7:00 pm and 11:00 am. So I don’t always have breakfast but when I do I make sure that it’s very extra.
10:00 - I reviewed the basics of HTML. I found it was very unnecessary, but I did it for the sake of being thorough.
Made lunch.
13:00 - Started studying Italian. First time ever. ‘Twas fun. I’m going to write my language learning goals soon and I’ll explain more about it.
16:00 - Afternoon chocolate milk. Just because.
17:30 - Preparing to start studying Computer Science. I was checking on the book I’m going to use earlier and saw that they use some Calculus stuff. I wasn’t planning to study Calculus now but maybe I won’t have much of a choice. Not complaining tho.

working on a final paper and planning my study schedule for exams
✨I know giving up is the easier option. I know you’re tired. I know you’re drained. I know you feel like a failure. But honey, your dreams and aspirations mean so much more to the world than you think. Your dreams, your passion, your work, effect people. Your feelings are not set in stone. Your mere existence effects the world, and if you keep going, you can and will leave a wonderful mark on the world ✨

Not my best photos (sorry!) but I’m trying to to post as frequently as possible to form a good habit.
I decided to learn to draw and this is what I got so far, my very first drawing. This is about 45 minutes of work and it’s just a blocking of the main features. I kinda like it like this?! I’m so proud of myself for taking action on something I’ve always wanted to do. I’m excited to keep working on this piece and I’mm post my progress when it’s finished. I’m following this tutorial but I’m not watching the same course as he is, I’m just following what he told he’s done.
I wrote a blog post today but it’ll stay in the fridge for a while because I don’t have a blog yet. It’s about how I’m getting started to learn web hacking, I’m hoping that this post will help other beginners not to feel alone in their insecurities and to see that it’s normal to feel this way.
And today I started waist training but I’m not posting photos here because that’s a shared interest with the rest of the studyblr community, right?
Tell me, do you like my (unfinished) drawing?
some details from my room
I saw @teacomets talking about how she likes to study in the dark and was like ‘wait, what’, but then I tried it the other day and it’s actually really nice and relaxing! Specially if you’re a little overwhelmed like I was. I managed to discipline myself and get a lot of work this week though, even after getting sick and having a lot more downs than ups in terms of motivation, so I feel much better now.
🍓day one: describe where you want to be right now (academically or otherwise).
I mean, it’s 11pm and I’m super sleepy, so I’d love to be in bed right now (I still have to revise a philosophy lesson before going to bed). In another sense, I’d love to be in a better space mentaly wise. My head hasn’t been working the best lately. Academically, I’d love to already be at college, but I’m working my hardest to get there, so it’s okay.
