An Unexpected Teacher | Sehun & Jinah
Jinah had been contemplating about taking a self-dense course for quite some time now. Because of her gift she often got in contact with violence and certainly with the threat of violence being used against her. She didn’t know for sure what reason lay behind that fact, however. She thought a multitude of reasons were responsible for the fact that she got into contact with violent people a lot and her last encounter with violence had been the last drop for the young woman. She was twenty-five years old and she didn’t want to cower away any longer from men and women who threatened to use violence on her. It was true that she still couldn’t heal herself and that she’d be badly hurt if they were going to use violence on her, but she thought that if she could only defend herself that she’d feel more certain.
The young woman had done her fair share of research on the internet and she had found that in Zero To Hero there were a couple of classes she could take. In the last couple of days Jinah had walked in and out of Zero To Hero a couple of times. She generally took a good look around and asked about more information on the classes before leaving again. Today Jinah had entered the gym once more with the intention of finally singing herself up for a course when her eyes got caught by a very particular someone.
There he was, her neighbor, the one because of whom she was now trying to sign up for a self-dense course. He was punching one of the sturdy looking punching bags much like his life depended on it and Jinah couldn’t help but stare at the scene with a mixed feeling of fascination and fear. With wide eyes, raised eyebrows and mouth hanging slightly open the girl stood practically frozen in her spot. Staring at him for quite some time while thinking to herself how glad she was that he hadn’t used her as a punching bag it was only when someone unintentionally bumped against her that the girl schooled her expression again. Quickly glancing around to see if anyone had seen her she hit her face when she caught the mocking expression of a guy who was looking at her.
Clearing her throat Jinah moved closer to her neighbor then, doing so to escape from the mocking gaze of the other man she very carefully approached him. “Uhm, hello.” She stated when she was still a little end away from him. Having no idea what else she had to say to him, because she had just wanted to escape from the other guy she sighed.
