The offer to see my sword still stands. ;^)
“I believe I’ve already agreed to take you up on such an offer, no? That it isn’t in the manner you mean is hardly my fault– I’m not the fighting sort of course.”

Is this your sage wisdom? To take advice from one who forfeited his sword? Hmph.
“Well, in my absolute defence you’ve given me no true basis to compare! Naturally I shall side with what I know.”
A blade did not object to those they felled. A gun did not object at whom they found themselves pointed at. A weapon did not complain, did not care, and yet for all they know what they are they in equal measure know what they are not. Friend above weapon. Child of forest before something so ugly. Everything so vastly bound to Earth before the sort to lower themself to answering summons of a creature akin to the man who now bound them, yet here they were forced to comply to his will.
They would kill him; they did not doubt this fact. Did not find alternative to this fact. Smart were they though who knew better than to bullrush in, horns brandished too early and severed before any damage might be done. Instead they offered their attention to he whom it might truly belong, he who commanded it freely where no other had right.
“Those clothes are ugly.” A manifestation of gold dust takes form of Lancer before King, reaching to take glass of wine from where it had once been perched between fingers.

"This is where we part.”
The Golden King suddenly declared to his Master, making her stop in her track on the path she was taking. Her shoulders tensed at his words, as usual, Gilgamesh’s words held more power over her than she realizes. Eyes stared down at the ground, before shutting her eyes.
That’s right. That was right, Hakuno Kishinami must not forget that this was only a temporary contract. He was only her Servant on the Far Side only for her survival. Their relationship was nothing more than that and Hakuno was honestly fine with that, or at least that’s what she thought so in the beginning. She never wanted to get along with this selfish King in the first place, only wanting to use Gilgamesh as a weapon for her own gains. She would be glad to break their contract.
But that was in the past. Hakuno began to learn more about Gilgamesh and began to care about him as her partner and Servant. So..to suddenly say goodbye to Gilgamesh wasn’t something Hakuno was expecting. She knew that she had to say goodbye to Gilgamesh, it was natural but still...
“I...”
Turning around, Hakuno was about to retort but the golden Servant stopped the brunette in her tracks. Lips pressed against hers, both to shut her up and to say goodbye. Sometimes actions were always stronger than words, especially with Hakuno. Even though she listens to Gilgamesh’s words carefully, she was good at ignoring them.
“Mmm!?”
Ah...she wanted to cry. Finally, Gilgamesh broke the kiss. A smirk was present on the King’s face as his hand was on her shoulder, promptly giving Hakuno a push into the starry void.
“Farewell, Master. Be sure to give me an entertaining struggle.”
“WHAT THE HELL, GILGAMESSSSHHHHHH!?!?!”
Forget being sad, now she was just pissed off. What a way to keep Gilgamesh in her heart.

I was under the impression you enjoyed living–
❛ H - HUH ? What’s wrong with me wanting to support Hakuno-san ? ❜
♕ I’m impressed with your writing! / ♨︎ you seem really chill and I can’t wait to start writing with you! / ( I enjoy having you on the dash! let's thread together soon!! )
I know you’ve liked my plot post before somewhere earlier this year, and I feel terribly bad that I haven’t even gotten to you yet! Sometimes I get ambitious and overwhelm myself, which is why I can get pretty slow and sluggish- but! I enjoy your gilgamesh and am more than open to see how these two would fare with each other!
I do also have a Hessian Lobo if you are into that too (because wolf, and I remember that Enkidu had some sort of favoritism towards them? Would be interesting for Gilgamesh to figure them out)
But Sanson’s been a strong muse and has been benching my other muses, so I can’t see what these two have in store with each other (since I can tell that they COULD get along- but at the same time, can’t get along)

Ozymandias and his army have been presented a rare opportunity to storm and make a crucial advancement in a war, but his army is tired and wouldn't perform at their best. Even if he knows he could still win, just at a greater loss, does he put his victory or his people first and why? What options does he weigh in his head before making his decision, if any?
[Back when he was young, brash, and new in his position, he would have most definitely pushed his soldiers to storm his enemies without hesitation. He would see it as a crucial time to do so and would thus make excuses even with advice from those who were more experienced in the ways of war telling him otherwise. I say this because historically he made a rash decision based on false information that, rather than testing to see if it was true, he went by what he was told at face value and almost charged towards his own doom in the Battle of Kadesh. The man he is now, the seasoned pharaoh who ruled for ninety something years despite his youthful body and brazen habits that come with that form, would not make such a decision. He would have allowed his men a moment’s reprieve before pushing them forward even with victory right there at his fingertips.
He is a shrewd tactician and though loss is to be expected in war, he is not cruel enough to casually sacrifice his own people to the extent that losses would so heavy the death toll would be too high. That opportunity may be lost for the time being, but another one, a far better one, may be presented in the future. Ozymandias only takes risks when there is something to gain from it or he’s completely sure that what he is doing is necessary even if others might think otherwise when he acts. He would only sacrifice a vast amount of soldiers if something was riding on it like say the world itself or something similarly heavy. Him trying to destroy Tokyo was not only because of his desire for his wish, but because he was more than aware of just how dangerous Manaka was since he knew her true nature. Killing a few thousand people to destroy an entity that would take far more lives than this weighted in as much more important in the grand scheme of things. It was just that it would coincide with his goal. Getting rid of all the Masters and eliminating a Beast -- killing two birds with one stone.
So, Ozymandias would have sat and allowed his men their moment to breathe, and then he would plan accordingly as he pondered a new strategy that could be utilized. It is for this reason that he would hold an individual like say Caster Gilgamesh in high regard simply because of how he governed Uruk during the crisis it underwent in Babylonia. He did not toss his people foolishly to their deaths. He wanted them take breaks, to see family, to remember the good things in the midst of that chaos even though he knew that ultimately they would all perish in the end.]
