What video game can you not complete without cheat codes?

Not complete at all? I actually don't think I have an answer. All the games I've used cheatcodes in (god, remember the era of cheatcodes?) were for fun, not because I got stuck. Like flying tanks in GTA VC or big head mode, or wireframe mode, stuff like that. I didn't need them, I was just goofin'. If I can't beat a game I tend to give up or put it aside (and all the games I've put down in the past decade or so [for any reason, not just being hard] don't have cheatcodes. I miss cheatcodes)
For the games I know I'd need cheat codes in: any Souls-like game, probably Super Meat Boy or other precision platformers like it, and maybe super difficult rhythm games if beating the really hard difficulties are needed to count as "completing" the game. All for the same reasons: I don't have the fortitude to spend hours and hours banging my head against the wall to get better, not at that high level of skill.
