why is so much media about insane amounts of violence or stupidity? I feel like there are so few shows that dont center around war or murder. it's an easy way to create conflict, and I'm not saying that those shows are bad - I do watch plenty of them - but when im looking for something new to watch it's like I get to pick from three categories: stupid/stuff for children, Death, or romance. where are my other stories?
