Need help!!

I’ve seen so many peeps out there that create so many awesome 3D mesh characters that look so good (Aka the Dante’s, Vergil’s, Nero’s, and V’s I’ve seen floating around) and I want to use one of those programs to create a few of my own characters but I have no idea where to find one of those programs. It would be really great if someone could lend me a hand in finding one that is either not that expensive seeing as I am a total broke bitch, or is entierly free. I have a HP pavilion with an 8th generation Intel Core i7 Quad-Core processor. My laptop has high memory along with 1tb storage. I have a few things on my laptop already, but there is still plenty of room left. I’m not the best with new programs but I learn damn fast, and would only need to ask a few questions depending on how hard working with this kind of stuff is. It would be so helpful if someone did this. I’ve been wanting to create my own characters for the entierty of my writing carreer, but never had the ability to. Now that I have a place that I can post fics as well as pics, I really want the ability to post what my OC looks like along with the story they go along with.
