I haven't watched the Attack on Titan finale, even with all the time that has passed. But I think my mind has been subconsciously trying to completely disregard its existence. The ending filled me with such resentment and furor and there's no way you can convince me Japan's money was well spent on that bombastic eye rape MAPPA defecated onto our screens. Flashy explosions and music from SiM cannot distract me from the utterly half assed resolution that cheapened the loss of so many great characters, all to serenade the ones who didn't earn their survival. The whole thing isn't a triumph of animation, but Hajime Isayama trying to polish that turd of a conclusion.
I'd still like to force a rewrite from the skinny bastard. My birthday gift to him would have been a "Fuck You" and a shredded copy of Volume 26. Deuces, asshole.
And oh yeah, Eren Yeager is a complete cluster c***. That is all. Nothing else.
