AP World History is one hell of a drug. I reread The Man with the Twisted Lip and the opium den at the start of the story reminded me that Britain was a greedy mf bc they sold drugs to China to get their silver and the opium wars got the Chinese to their Century of Humiliation all while Britian got richer from their sales like the bastard it was.

All of that knowledge about the trade, that was from that class. Mr. K just hit different man
