The 11th model of the Hetalia Roman Emperors series.Feel free to use her but always remember to follow these rules:
1) You can edit her as long as she stays the same character and change her outfit as long as it doesn't show too much skin
2) Only use it on MMD, Illust Poser and Pocket MQO
3) No R18, nsfw, fetish. mecha, anthro, furry and kink staff.
4) Don't sell it nor use it to make profit. Commercial use is strictly forbidden
5) Don't redistribute this model and don't claim it as your own.
6) Don't use it for hatred of any kind/towards any person or situation. And no politics and real life events especially recent ones.
7) No gore and heavy violence but a bit of blood and mild violence is okay.
8) Feel free to use it on pictures and videos. You can show me your work if you want.
9) You can ship this model with anyone except for the following which is only for platonic duos:

I just love to draw them both. c: In my head, little 'flower empress' Heliogabalus admires this strong gladiator guy Commodus and wants to be his first fan c; and Commodus feels flattered. As they're both members of the 'crazy emperor league' they get along wonderfully with eachother. I dedicate this drawing to the cosplayer who will cosplay Commodus in our little emperor cosplay group in summer. I'm so looking forward to it! x)
