APNG as part of the official PNG spec?

In not so great news, good fucking luck uploading an APNG to any sort of social media site because they will "optimize" it all to fuck, standards be damned.

That "eel” is actually supposed to be animated, but Tumblr doesn’t seem to like APNG. It can be viewed properly on the forum though.

Firealpaca update Ver 2.5.7 is out! (2021/07/12)

* the animation functions now have a dedicated Animation menu (yay!) * it's possible to specify the display time of frames in auto-playback * APNG and GIF output now reflect the display time of the frame * bug fix for the background color during autoplay and improved processing for scaling images
