A/n: So, tbh this probably sucks ass and Apollo might be out of character because I just finished the first Trials of Apollo book around like February so it’s not like fresh in my mind.  But, I tried because I wanna start writing on here more especially since I recently(like this month) graduated high school so I’ll have a lot more time to write freely without having to have a mental breakdown over tests, well at least not till college starts lol.  Anyways, hope you enjoy my writing that literally took me 40 minutes while listening to BTS because I paused like every 5 seconds to sing along.

As the evening went by you chatted with Apollo about random things and felt like a normal teen girl who didn’t have to fight monsters and go on quests.  “I love this.” you said quietly laying against Apollo’s shoulder, “I love you, Apollo.”  As you said those words you felt tears brimming at the corner of your eyes as you thought about your constant worry when it came to dating a god.  “I...” Apollo was cut off as he noticed a tear streaming down your cheek, “y/n, are you okay?  Is something wrong?”  You shook your head slightly as you looked at his face, “Its just I have this random thought sometimes that you’re gonna get tired of me.  I mean you’re a god you’ve lived centuries, I mean hell you probably looked the same as you do now when my grandpa was born.”  Apollo furrowed his brows and he wiped your cheek, “I mean to me you’re my forever because at the end of the day I’m still human I age but you...y-you don’t.  So, I just wonder when you’ll probably move on to the next best thing and I just want to treasure this.”  Apollo caressed your cheek as he frowned.  “Stop...this is nonsense.  I love you, y/n.” he said as he pulled your chin up to look him in the eyes, “I get scared too, I mean maybe you’ll leave me for a normal guy who doesn’t have a whole cabin full of children.” You giggled as you thought of your friends from the Apollo cabin that if you married Apollo would technically become their stepmother.  “But to me y/n, you’re my now and my forever.  I will always love you no matter what because to me you’re the best thing I could ever have.”  The tears you had been trying to hold started spilling down your cheeks as you leaned in and kissed his soft lips that welcomed yours as if it was home.  “Be my forever, y/n.” he whispered as you nodded and closed the space again as your lips moved in sync.
