Disney Workout Challenge Day 0
So it’s been decided! I’m going to give apoundofprevention‘s Disney Workout Challenge a try! August was really rough without a challenge to help me explore and challenge me in workouts so I want to get back into any challenge to get me going again. So let’s get started!
I’m a 25 year old brand new grad student that’s trying to figure out how to juggle this new life with a workout life. While this Puerto Rican lady will forever have curves for days, I just want them to shrink to be more shapely and toned.
My goals for this challenge are to keep up my water and cardio habits, DO MY STRENGTH WORKOUTS BECAUSE I KEEP BEING THE WORST AND NOT DOING THEM, and [perhaps the most important one] to take measurements/pictures at the end of this month. I’ve been too scared to take a picture since March and haven’t taken measurements since June because I’m terrified of not seeing progress and deflating on all of this entirely. I can’t just keep putting it off. I need to see the changes because if there haven’t been any, I need to know how to adjust accordingly.
