Going off the Asunder synopsis as it's been a while, and I'm sure that part of the answer is that they didn't want to commit too much to what happened out of game-canon, but: Shale went to Montsimmard to report Pharamond's findings about reversing Tranquility, with every Circle finding out, right? And Rhys learns the ritual? So why, after lots of discussion about the political implications of it being known, is it... not known? Okay, Cass may be busy hero-searching, but Viv? Anyone else? Really?

So while the circles know the rite can be reversed, they don’t know how. Only Rhys, Evangeline, Adrian and Shale know the details.

I doubt Rhys and Evangeline would say anything, considering Evangeline supports tranquility, and Rhys agrees with her when Gaider’s he’s in the mood. 

But I find it really hard to believe that Adrian wouldn’t share it.

All Shale shared with the Montsimmard Circle was what happened, now how it happened, in order for the Montsimmard Circle to then use a sending crystal to contact the White Spire before the arrived.

she very often reads until late, but otherwise, tends to fall asleep quite easily! she just has to get into bed and it doesn’t take long, she’s one of those lucky bastards

What were they told to stop/start doing most often as a child?

sol went through quite a few parents, so it varied! i guess a unifying one was to stop daydreaming. as a kid, she’d just go quiet and zone out every time adults started talking about something she didn’t understand, which was v often. 

What color do they think they look best in? Do they actually look best in that color?

her favourite colour is yellow, and yes, it suits her very well! 

F) What do you feel when you think of your OC (pride, excitement, frustration, etc)?

hmmm.... depends.... usually fondness. that’s my girl. she’s been around for such a long time she feels like an old friend, yknow? i like when u get to that stage with ocs, that you don’t have to actively imagine stuff about them, they just kinda start telling you.

I maintain that it's one of my faves! So if it helps, consider the reader's perspective: if you /do/ still write like this, it's still likely to be loved and enjoyed. If you /don't/, chances are that your tastes have been refined further, and that with editing you will be getting closer to that improved version, so we'll love it even more!

Thank you! I’m actually enjoying it a lot too, cuz I forgot some of the details over the past couple years since I wrote it. It’s funny because obviously I still write in a similar fashion since it’s all still my writing. And some of it is stuff that I hope I still embody in my current work. And then there are places where I sincerely hope that I’ve improved, lol. It’s probably just me being too critical of myself, but it’s a good reminder of where I’ve come from.

rereading has it's up and down sides. I try to not be too critical and cut myself some slack for clunky writing but at least on AO3. I'm fixing the typos! I can't leave it like that!

Yeah, I try not to reread too soon after I’ve finished a work, just because I know I’ll be way too critical of myself. I’ve had time since I’ve written this one, though, and it’s a nice way of reminding myself of the style I was experimenting with a bit when I wrote it. I can’t reread any of my really old work without cringing, though, lol. SO BAD.

I’m kind of the opposite about the typos. Once it’s on AO3, unless I notice them around the time I’ve published a chapter, I’m too lazy to go through and fix them, lol.
