Ingredients: 1 cucumber, finely diced. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Fresh dill sprigs for garnish.
Instructions: Put softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Mix until it's nice and smooth.
