Review: Williams-Sonoma's Apple Cider Spice Quick Bread Mix Last weekend I bought a package of Williams Sonoma's Apple Cider Quick Bread mix to make with my boyfriend, who is just a little bit cooking impaired. Thankfully, it was probably the easiest bread to make that I've ever made, and it tasted great! It's so easy to make because you just combine 8oz melted unsalted butter, 2 eggs, 1 cup water, and the mix, pour everything into a bread pan, and bake at 350F for about an hour. The bread basically tastes like a spice cake with chunks of dried apples in it. It's flavorful, moist, and those brown edges are crunchy and wonderful. I would definitely make this bread again. After making the bread and letting it cool, I poured Ghirardelli caramel sauce over the top. It added just the right touch of buttery sweetness!
