I use an app called daylio to track my mood and activities. And I've been very diligent about using it in 2021. It does a few things for me, but they all amount to remembering things for me that I never will. Like how long I've felt shitty, or that I've had 4 headaches this week already. So I can, you know, notice those sorts of things. And potentially do something about them.
It's cool to see how my mood tracked through the year. Reds are bad, green is fine and blues are good. Not many blues. But lots of green. Way more reds than I want. But that's life.
Aug/sept/oct is when my iud wasn't working lol really fucking glad I put my mood dip and getting my period for the first time in years together and got that fixed.
Technically this app was meant to be for my anxiety/depression tracking. But it's way more useful for my adhd. I forget everything.
