The crew of a German Neubaufahrzeug tank await new orders - Norway, April 1940 - The German Panzerkampfwagen Neubaufahrzeug (new construction vehicle) abbreviated to PzKpfw Nb.Fz. T was a first attempt to create a medium sized tank. Multi-turreted, heavy and slow they were not considered successful and only five were produced. They were primarily used for propaganda purposes and training, though three did take part in the Invasion of Norway.
