miscellaneous Apricots pondering exhibits at the london science museum
I’m so fucking sad all the time. I feel 10x worse than I did two months ago. Nothing is helping. No matter how much I go out, how much I push everything to the back of my head, or tell myself everything will be okay.. I still end up bawling my eyes out, repeating myself like a broken record. My chest aches, my eyes are tired and low, my appetite is close to non existent. I’m never going to get better. Why can’t you just give me another chance.. Once and for all.
.
I wasn't born yesterday dude
.
I think this is the part where I stop caring so much. I started this month off on a strong note, and I'm not gonna let the memories of you stop me from maintaining a positive mindset. One step at a time, I'm gonna rebuild myself. Not to the girl you used to know. But to a better, more independent me.
.
Wow, so what am I really fighting for anymore? That definitely just made me take a step back...
.
Never thought I'd be alone again. That's why I asked you to be my best friend. Don't you know you're always on my mind? I think about you all the time.
.
One of the worst feelings is when my family asks where you are and why you're not here, and I have to lie and say you're working..
.
I was doing fine up until I slipped up. But as much as my insecurities got the best of me, I kept it together. For the most part. I handled my shit fairly well, and I give myself props for that. I just gotta keep taking it day by day and trust that my bad thoughts won't come true... One step at a time, One foot in front of the other. I'm gonna get through this one way or another.
