Turning 22.. I’m feeling so lucky to be surrounded by my loved ones. Just for a sec I looked back at those times when I had thought about giving up on life.. when waking up to another day felt sooo exhausting. I feel sorry for my old self but if I can say anything to her right now, giiirlllL, you just made it to 22!? You have no idea how loved you are and how much your mindset has shifted. 🌱 Now waking up to another day feels exciting. Yes it’s a short life but each day I’m being given a new chance to meet new people, to discover a new place, or to experience a new event that can add to my identity. Even if I don’t, simple things like waking up having my family with me is a big thing itself. It won’t be forever but for now maybe that’s all there needs to be. Anw my heart is about to burst with gratitude right now here’s to 21 2.0 ♒️🥂
