Security footage shows Efrat resident, blood streaming down his back, chasing and shooting Khalil Jabarin, saving Hila Peretz
Fuld, a 45-year-old loving husband, father of four, writer, teacher and former paratrooper, was stabbed to death by a 17-year-old terrorist.
Before he collapsed against the shopping mall wall from his fatal wound, Fuld shot and stopped the terrorist — who, unlike Ari, was successfully treated at an Israeli hospital for his wounds and will now likely receive cash rewards and a pension from the Palestinian Authority.
Ari Fuld, the Israeli man who was killed Sunday by a Palestinian terrorist in the West Bank, pursued his assailant after he had been fatally stabbed, stopping him from attacking a mall employee, and possibly saving her life.
Security camera footage of the shopping mall at the Gush Etzion Junction released on Monday shows Fuld, with blood pouring down his back chasing and shooting 17-year-old Khalil Jabarin.
“I served him the falafel; his hand touched mine,” Peretz said of the chilling encounter. “He went out, walked away, and sat on the railing outside the pizza shop. He sat there for at least 40 minutes.
“He didn’t attract suspicion,” she added, “because he was a kid.”
Then, she said, she “saw him pull out this big knife that was glimmering in the sun, and all of the sudden he plunged it into [Ari Fuld’s] heart.”
“The terrorist was right behind me,” she recalled. “I started running down the stairs but he jumped to try to get in front of me. The man that was killed really saved my life.”She added of Fuld: “He’s not just a hero. He gave his life for me.”
Jabarin had attempted to carry out a similar attack in the West Bank two days earlier, Hadashot news reported.

(JNi.media) Two Jewish women were injured Wednesday morning after Arabs carried out a massive stone throwing at Israeli vehicles on the road between Tekoa and Har Homa, near Beit Sahur in Judea and Samaria, NRG reported. The two wounded women were treated at the gate of Tekoa. At least seven vehicles have been damaged by stones.
One of the injured women said that she had driven into an ambush laid by Arab terrorists, who attempted forcefully to drag her out of her car, but she said she managed to escape, after having been beaten all over her body by Arab youths. “Anyone who leaves home now, should not go that way,” she warned, “There’s not a single soldier there. I arrived at the checkpoint and screamed at them that they must send in the army. There’s nobody there.” She was taken in stable condition to the trauma department at Hadassah Medical Center on Mount Scopus, having sustained bruises all over her body.
The second female motorist, 38, was taken with light injuries to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem, with a bruised head and arm resulting from stone-shattered windows.
A mother and her infant daughter were injured from stones that were thrown at their vehicle Tuesday night, near the town of Levona. The woman’s husband continued driving to the town, where they were treated by a military medical team and moved by an MDA ambulance for further treatment at Hadassah Medical Center on Mount Scopus.
During the night, three Jews were arrested for demonstrating at the spot where the little girl had been injured. The detainees were taken to the Benjamin police station and received legal advice. It is still unclear whether they would be indicted.
Meanwhile, a Border Police force in A-Tur, eastern Jerusalem, discovered 15 Molotov cocktails ready for throwing on a rooftop. The day before police seized Molotov cocktails on the roof of a neighborhood mosque. Chief Superintendent Aviad Ktefi praised the Border Police fighters, saying: “This is an important capture of Molotov cocktails which endanger our fighters.”

Screaming "Allahu Achbar", Israeli-Arabs torched a Jewish man's car who was visiting friends in Taibe. The man was extricated in time. The police's response was to close the main road to Jews.
A Jewish man, identified as Moshe, visiting friends in the Israeli-Arab town of Taibe escaped with his life, but not his car.
Around twenty masked Arab men from the town surrounded his car and attacked him as he was leaving.
One decent Taibe Arab managed to extricate the Jewish man from the “Allahu Achbar” yelling lynch mob before it was too late, and drove Moshe away in his car.
Without a human target to kill, the rabid Islamic mob torched the man’s car instead.
MDA ambulances were also damaged by Taibe Arabs.
As a result of this pogrom, police prohibited all Jewish traffic on Road 444, north of Kochav Yair (the town where Ehud Barak used to live).
MK Dr. Ahmed Tibi lives in Taibe.
In other locations, including Jerusalem, the Galilee, as well as Judea and the Shomron, Arabs attacked Jewish drivers with stones and firebombs.
A woman travelling near Maaleh Shomron with her 5 children came under attack by firebomb and stone throwing Arabs on Sunday. Everyone is safe, but the car suffered damage.
In Jerusalem, a man was lightly injured when Arab stone throwers hit him with stones while he was driving near Neve Yaakov. An ambulance took him to the hospital.
