Identification rests on very shakey ground.
Order Araneida, Family Salticidae (jumping spiders), Genus Cytaea.
✤ Unknown Gasteracantha species - (Yellow-horned spider)
My best guess, is that this is a recoloured Gasteracantha geminata. It looks very similar, and appears along side images of the white version. However that species is found in Sri lanka and India.
CORRECTION
This is Gasteracantha fornicata
