OC: Macha Richter

This is not my choice. This is what I do. This is agony.

Macha, working at Arasaka (2061 - at age 26)

Wow, this was another very emotional photoshoot for me. I tinkered with her a bit to get her to look like I wanted her to look. So this is basically the female netrunner I played my last full run of Cyberpunk 2077 with - which will probably remain the last full run forever for quite some time. This is who Macha was going to become.

I tried various lighting situations, and I love this location but it has a lot of surrounding lights that I could not block properly so I ended up lighting it very simply.

I chose the 90 degree portrait mode instead of an angled one because I wanna convey how strict, how linear, how restricted her time at Arasaka felt for her.

She felt trapped without knowing why. She never conciously chose to work there, it was just what was expected of her, what fell into place. Her parents worked at Arasaka before her and she continued the tradition until she couldn't.

So this is not a good time for her but, damn, these pictures are so aesthetically pleasing. I am really happy with these. I love the vibes.
