So Discord did a thing, and I normally don't do stuff like this. But I want everyone to be safe and have their rights protected

If you use Discord, you need to know about this

Discord just introduced an arbitration clause to its TOS, a measure that will make it harder for users to file lawsuits against the company.

In summary, if you don't want to watch the video or need it a bit dumbed down.

Discord put a sneaky thing in their Terms of Service, where you agree to it. You can not sue them, this is called an Arbitration Clause. And like how Tumblr decided to let Ai read your blogs and learn from them, you have to manually opt out of this. This is For the U.S Users I think

So please do take the time to opt out. The due date will be May 15th (though I heard that it might be extended)
