this is arctura, an outersci child!! her skirt isnt supposed to be that bright of a blue but it was all i had atm and i was too excited to actually find a different shade so pls imagine it as a grey cloudy blue
she's 21 yrs old, 5'0" (or approximately 154.4 cm) and cis actually a nonbinary lunarian, panromantic ace with a strong preference for girls - she uses she/her and occasional they/them pronouns!
