He is someone suffering alongside you who offers kind words, a laugh, to share their food, a drink or smoke, or some other kind of comfort.

He is standing around a fire with His comrades, and He is the warmth that rejuvenates the group.

He is the strength that is discovered not despite a difficult situation, but because of it.

He is the one who brings people together in times that would rather see them tear each other apart. He is solidarity, camaraderie, and community.

Adámastos: unconquerable ou indestructible;

Álkimos: valiant, brave;

Aphneiós: rich, wealthy;

Alloprósallos: leaning first to one side, then to the other. . This is because Lord Ares is not loyal to any particular side, but he is loyal to the struggle and to the souls who are engaged in it;

Ánax: lord, king;

Phriktós: horrifying;

Vrotoktónos: the slayer of men;

Teikhæsiplítis: he who storms the cities in battle;

Gynaikothoinas: Feasted by Women;

Khalkokorustês: Armed with Bronze;

Thouros: Violent, Furious;

Polemistês talaurinos: He Who Fights Under the Shield's Guard.

Adhara's random fact about the Theoi: Lord Ares cult was often described by ancient authors as something: beastly brutish, with a focus on abundance (probably because they prayed to have His blessing in the wars they fought or to gain materials things, though this may be only my interpretation!) And also as: Feasted by Women; something that is also a given Epithet for Ares himself. Implying his connection with women and how they likely seek his protection.
