But you have to understand that many people assume that a woman becomes a prostitute simply because she wants money, but they often overlook the possibility that she may see it as a way to survive in a dangerous environment. If she is already at risk of sexual violence, poverty, or homelessness, prostitution may appear to offer food, shelter, protection, and a more predictable situation. This does not mean prostitution is good or safe. Rather, it means that when someone's alternatives are extremely limited, they may choose what they believe is the least harmful option available. Just image the only two option are being 100% sexual attack randomly or at least you know when, where and fully prepare to give it and have a place to sleep and money.
