A weekend evening talking about food can't be more enriching. This happened to be my first visit for Handi Talk and I am just.too thrilled. . . It's an initiative by @theculinarylounge to engage industry stalwarts into conversation surrounding the culinary and hospitality industry. Every month there is a new topic of discussion with a highly knowledgeable panel. . . Today's topic was transparency in food industry with the elite panel of Habib Safi & Bajrang Shah from Ariana by Safi, Chef Chalapati from Simply South and Mehnaaz Hussain from Labonel. The talk was moderated by Vijay Marur and Rahul Reddy. The discussion of close to 1.5 hours was engrossing and interactive. The bonus today was the tryouts from the Ariana by Safi menu. . . Will I go again in the next session? Yes off course, if I manage a seat. They are fast moving and fast filling.
