Biryani is Culture in India . . Almost all states in India has their version of Biryani and it has evolved with age. Off course the flavours and tastes are quite distinct. Hyderabad is a leader when it comes to serving biryani to the global palate. The biryani in Kolkata and Lucknow are most talked about. . . In Southern states of India, the biryani has revolutionized with the spice levels. On my recent visit to @tastybowl.in for a tryout, I tried their Miryala Kodi Vepudu Biryani and oh boy.... I felt like a dragon. I was literally sweating under a full blast AC. The peppercorns were doing their duty with due diligence. The only way to fight the spice was the raita (saviour).
