Ninjago Oc Secret Summer 2026

Alrighty folks, the time has come to sign up for the 2026 Ninjago Oc Secret Summer! Please read the information provided in the description of the forms; additional information will be provided upon receiving your assignment.

As of the forms being released, you will have until April 26th to fill your form out.

Expect to receive your assignments within the week after the form closes. After receiving your assignment you will have until June 21st to June 28th to finish you piece, with a late period extending from June 29th to July 5th.

Do not post your piece until the designated posting days.

There’s no rule against signing up for both sections; however I do ask you to consider the time provided and how long it will take you to finish a piece.

Info Post

Important Form Info: This year I'm using Tally instead of Google Forms! My hope is that this program will reduce the risk of forms being "eaten", however I still ask that you let me know when you've signed up just in case!

There is also a new question included in the form this year that asks participants whether or not they'd be willing to act as a back up artist/writer for the event, in the case that someone needs to drop out. This is something I really should have added previously, but better late than never!

If for whatever reason you cannot use Tally, feel free to reach out to me so we can come up with a solution.

So it's very much been a while (years? I think years) since I posted any prompts for this blog, and I think it's about time I address that.

The truth is I started struggling to come up with any prompt ideas sometime ago, and losing any major interest in Ninjago certainly didn't help (still a part of the fandom just not nearly as active as I was. Mostly just reblog things these days). There's quite a few seasons I haven't even watched, including Dragons Rising. And I can't see that changing anytime soon.

I'm kinda making this post to see if anyone wants to take over the blog? I'll likely officially archive/abandon the blog otherwise, so if anyone wants to keep it alive feel free to dm me about it. - Aries

OOC Post

(( So I’ve been debating this for a while now. There’s been a lot of thought and attempts to come up with new ideas and plans and so on. 

But, I think I will be bringing this blog to a close. It’s story has reached a point where I don’t feel like there’s much else to do. The Bizarros and Cryptor have finally been able to start working towards a free life and have, in a sense, settled down. What really pushed the story (the ninja hunting them down) has been done with for a while now. 

It’s also....kinda been a while since I started this blog. 

However. This doesn’t mean I’m stopping the story right here, right now with this post. I do intend to write at least one more post for the characters. Something to wrap things up and show where they’re going with their lives (and tie any loose ends I can remember). 

The ask box will remain open after that for a time in case anyone wants to speak with the characters, which will be responded to. And once I’ve stopped receiving asks I’ll make either a final post or final story piece (a conclusive one). It depends on how things go.

So..yeah. Thanks for sticking around and interacting with this bumpy story of mine, I appreciate y’all ^^ I’ll be working on figuring out the final bits of the story soon.))

Important Google Form Info: I am using google forms for this event; unfortunately, in order to allow documents to be submitted, the forms have to require participants to sign in with an email.

The forms are still entirely anonymous however; they are not permitted to collect your email (meaning: I can’t see it! It is still entirely private).

If for whatever reason you cannot use google forms, feel free to reach out to me so we can come up with a solution.
