TUESDAY’S WORK OUT!
I started off wrong, even though I clarified the process to other people - what an idiot, amiright?! - but I was able to make it to the 4th rep even though I lost a good 10 minutes doing it wrong.
Super proud of myself!
This work out definitely kicked my ass, but made me feel great at the same time. 💪🏽💪🏽
So this week I was super lazy.
I decided to experiment with frozen meals.
And it’s not terrible!
Each meal is below 300 calories so all I have to do is have 200 calorie snack in between and I’m all set.
Today I had my breakfast, a 100 calorie snack and water until I came home. But I wasn’t hungry. Like I was still full from my snack.
Idk, well see how Wednesday goes!

I’ve restarted my weight loss journey again!
So far it’s going great!
My SW is 179.8 180 lbs.
It is day two on my new meal plan and I do not hate it!
I’m following Liezl Jayne’s Weight Loss Meal Prep for Women.
Let me tell you, I had my doubts because of the reduced calories and my continuous hunger, but it’s working for me super good!
My breakfast is keeping me super full, when I’m hungry I have a snack, and then I’m not hungry for lunch!
I eat it anyway because I know I can’t reduce my calories THAT much, and then I’m barely feeling hunger until after I go home from the gym. It’s insane how much it’s actually helping me.
Usually by the time I get home, my hands and feel are ridiculously swollen, I’m definitely seeing a difference.
Hopefully I can keep it up!
So far I’ve gone to the gym 2 days in a row, I have a gym class scheduled for tomorrow and yeah...
I feel great about this y’all!
I think I finally found something I can stick to.
Okay, so the diet is going better than expected!
I am mostly sticking to it. Lol
So the first week was not the best, I kinda gave up by the third day. I was having a horrible time so I ate as much pizza as I could and it all just went down hill from there.
But I didn’t let that stop me!
I meal prepped again this past Sunday and so far I’ve had at least 2 meal prepped meals a day. Way better than I thought I would.
If I don’t get my breakfast ready the night before, I grab a salad and one of my dinner meals and go.
Since it’s a calorie based, what I actually eat in the morning isn’t a huge deal, as long as I stay within my allotted calories.
I’m not binge eating and then hating my life, which is what I tend to do when I diet.
I honestly had little faith in myself to keep to the diet, I’m doing way better than I thought I would.
My SW was 180.
I’ve started my lady days and I’m for sure down to 178.5.
That’s a huge win! My stomach doesn’t feel extra bloated as usual, so all in all it’s going good!
I messed up!
My parents were gone to Mexico for over a month! They finally came home and I saw them yesterday... and my mom gave me some home made cheese & Chile gorditas with a pineapple caballito coke.
Holy shit it was bomb!
I have no regrets!
I might have a few regrets, but not too many! Lol
I woke up this morning, weighed myself... I’m at 169.9lbs.
You guise!! 169.9!!! Do y’all know how hard it was to for me to break 170 when I was only working out??? It was HARD!
And now, I’m on Keto, messed up one day, only excercise ONCE And I’ve broken 170!!
I am super excited and motivated!!

It’s been a rough month for me.
Mostly I’m just exhausted. I think I burned myself out with everything I was doing.
I wasn’t in a very good emotional place either.
I was keeping up with Yoga for a while, but I just kept feeling worse and worse.
I finally stopped all activity for about a week and half, possibly 2.
I spontaneously got back into it this morning, and I feel amazing. A bit out of breath, but amazing. Lol
I did Yoga this morning, and when I finished I just felt like something was missing. I tried some YouTube work out videos, somethings I thought might feel good to my body, but nothing felt good.
I popped in Beta Core Cardio, did 6 mins (I’m on a schedule!) and I felt bomb as fuck!
It’s exactly what I needed!
Now I just need to not burn myself out!

My core is weak!!
Y’all I just did this core work out. And my body was not having it!!! I haven’t had this much problem with sit ups in such a long time. Normally I can do sit ups no problem. But damn y’all, my core is so weak right now.
