If you have a long Muscle belly/long attachment of the bicep, your bicep will look like a hill not a peak. If you have a short bicep/short bicep attachment your bicep will peak like Ronnie Coleman’s. You can work to make either bigger or thicker, changing the shape but not so much that it will change your genetic structure. Work with what you have, make it the best you can.
