Deviation and variation has been the only way that I have managed to get my arms to grow. They are EASILY the hardest body part for me to add size to. But after throwing various types of stimulus at them (heavy sets, reverse pyramid sets, high rep sets, @bfr_bands work... all using a wide range of movements and angles) I am seeing progress.
