Since I haven’t really posted anything recently 🤷🏼‍♀️ My arm surgery was successful. Pain is still there from time to time. Thank you everyone for the well wishes. My baby’s surgery went well. They repaired his torn ligaments in his bicep and rotator cuff after a fall on black ice last Christmas. Thank you Dr. Rolando Izquierdo for patching my baby up and to all the surgical staff for taking the precautions to keep him safe during this crazy time we are all now facing globally. Now my baby can finally focus on a road to recovery and put the three months of chronic pain behind him. So the other day I went on an awesome long walk outside. I tried to be careful but ended up injuring myself and busted a few stitches in my underarm and caught an infection (no fun, but armpits are tricky that way) I had used #ManukaHoney on my other wound and it cleared up in days and the skin literally closed up. So I went online because obviously the little tube I had wasn't going to cover this 4 inch gash. I stumbled upon this Manuka Honey Adhesive Pads that #CVS makes. It's not available in stores near me so I found them on Amazon. These are 3 inches wide and 8 inches long. The Manuka Honey is inside the bandage.(the yellow part on my skin) So it was the perfect thing to put on my underarm. It feels soft and a whole lot easier to move in than the gauze I was using. So, I share this because if anyone else has had an #armlift #brachioplasty #armsurgery and are having issues with healing this is great!
