The series finale of He & She aired on March 13, 1968. The series only ran for one season of 26 episodes. The series was about comic book artist Dick Hollister (Richard Benjamin), his wife Paula Hollister (Paula Prentiss), and his comic creation Jetman, who had been adapted for TV and protrayed by Oscar North (Jack Cassidy). Benjamin and Prentiss were married in real life. The final episode was about a dinner party that was thrown into disarray by the fear of a possible accidental poisoning. Alice Ghostley, who appeared in this episode, co-starred with Prentiss on the shortlived super hero show Captain Nice. ("What's in the Kitty" He & She, TV Event)

Arne Sultan was a comedy writer who was friends with Lenny Bruce back in the late 1940s. He later produced the Dustin Hoffman movie about Bruce. Chris Hayward wrote for Get Smart, Rocky and Bulwinkle and had co-creating credits on The Munsters and Barney Miller, although lawsuits often resulted regarding the creator claimants of those shows. Leonard Stern wrote The Steve Allen Show and was a guy key behind Get Smart. Allan Burns is best known for The Mary Tyler Moore Show. A group of old sitcom heavy hitters.
