Last year in Valentine's day, our highschool gave us permission to wear different colors depending on the meaning. Red was for taken, white for single and black for hopeless romantic.

And I remember that I was like: um yes, I mean I'm single. But like, I don't like anyone, I've never have. And anyone likes me either. And I'm not searching for a romance. So I want to be this fuck off romance person.

But there was no color for someone like me so I say: hmMmM what if I wear green.

JAJAJA My aromantic ass was just right there showing at it's maximum and I did not noticed not even a little.

Ok so. In spanish we have 2 ways of saying I love you and these are: "te quiero" and "te amo". "Te amo" tends to be the strongest one, and therefore the one more often used in romantic contexts. But for me "te quiero" sounded always stronger that "te amo". Yes I tend to say that "amo mucho algo" when I'm obsess with a character or a movie or something. But when it comes to my friends and family and QPPs. A "te quiero" Will cause me feel more things than a "te amo". Even whit my romantic OTPs and ships "ye quiero" Will always get me more excited.

Maybe it's because an aroace that has never experience romantic love, but that's the type of love that they taught me. For me "te quiero" implies not only adore, but care, protect, enjoy. And I'm not saying that "Amar" is less than that. But for me "querer" will always mean more.

Ok so while being in highschool and haven't had any real crush I started to make explanations about that. And like there was this things that I used to say a lot yo myself and I don't know how I didn't noticed before:

"Ok so I would definitely not have sex before marriage -even thinking about was jfksjdkasjx- bUt to marry someone we have to be partners for a lot of years bUt I will not ba partner to any man -I thought I was a straight girl- unless we have been friends for a long time and I have met them properly and I like them.
