You say you meant these to be for Elora but I am going to also answer for Arrias and then Matilda can tell me if I got it right.

Elora

13. Did they like school? Teachers? Schoolmates? Elora hated school because it was full of sciencers. Although I am in love with the idea of Time Lord kids playing, like, Renegades vs Interventionists and things and of course Elora loved that. But then everyone grew up and started focusing on science instead. Elora was friends with Marella through most of her time in the Academy, although being older Marella was not often around. She admired Calin, who had her own friend group, from a distance. Sometimes when Elora got into fights with bullies, their victims would try to thank and be friends with her, and she’d tell them to get lost.

14. Were they involved at school? Sports? Clubs? Debate? Were they unconnected? Not really. Elora spent a lot of time in the Academy learning physical fighting but this was probably training herself in the CIA gym (and beating up bullies) but I cannot really see Gallifrey having clubs for that sort of thing. (I headcanon that Gallifreyans learn sword fighting in the Academy, but this is the only sport. Oh and also swimming, because that’s canon.)

27. How do they relate to their appearance? How do they wear their clothing? Style? Quality? Elora tends to always wear black and white clothes (sometimes if she’s on a mission there may be a bit of colour, to look less conspicuous, but if possible, still primarily black and white) because obviously, feeling like a Part of the CIA is very important to her. Although secretly, she is not very impressed by CIA robes. They’re still special to her, because she can’t forget how excited she was the first time she put them on and became a part of the CIA, but much prefers field mission uniforms. She wears clothes that are nice and quality as much as possible, being A) a Time Lord and b) a spy who sometimes has to go undercover in unnice clothes. Unlike most Time Lords, Elora is not really bothered about skin existing, mostly due to desensitisation from going to other planets. She still tends to dress more conservatively than a lot of Earth women, but will on occasion show arms or a small bit of leg.

48. How are your character’s gestures? Vigorous? Weak? Controlled? Compulsive? Energetic? Sluggish? Angry, usually. Although Elora does like to give the impression that she is a very controlled person. However this is not true, and when she is angry she is basically just ready to punch something and will be moving with a lot of pent up energy and aggression.

49. What about voice? Pitch? Strength? Tempo and rhythm of speech? Pronunciation? Accent? I am not good at voice descriptions at all. So umm slightly posh? British because (almost all) Time Lords are. More low than high?? This is all I know. There is a reason “voice” is possibly my least filled in question on charahub.

1. What is one thing others might find intolerable about them?

Well Elora can probably answer this one well enough, but really just his tendency to think of himself as a saviour to all the oppressed people of Gallifey and the universe, while simultaneously dismissing and ignoring them. It is, after all, All About Him. 

7. What is the biggest mistake they’ve ever made?

JOINING THE CIA. No I kid, the CIA hasn't actually been all that bad for him. As yet I don't think he's made any spectacularly big mistakes, except possibly 'trusting his mother' but... I don't know, I feel like that's not entirely his fault. Probably something stupid, like accidentally broadcasting something mean about someone that was supposed to be private complaining.

18. Are they ever a pushover about something? If so, how?

Well, for one thing if someone in a position of authority tells him o do something he's likely to do it, eg his mother, a superior at the CIA. He has a fairly natural respect for rules. Also if people wanted him to supply them with dangerous plants he would probably acquiesce even if he shouldn't. Because PLANTS. Though that's unlikely to happen in the campaign.

3. Name one or more of their bad habits.

Touching plants. Not even just in the all Time Lords except Ceruleans are horribly plant-phobic. When he sees a plant which is in touching distance he just about always feels the need to give it a stroke. Because he is weird. 

13. In what ways might they be overly negative and/or pessimistic?

Hmmn. He’s naturally quite an optimist tends to believe that the best will happen etc. But possibly… the only thing I can really think of at the moment is the team, where he kind of has the feeling that they’re never going to like him. Though that might actually be true, so. 

16. Do they have any behaviours and/or beliefs that cannot be adequately justified?

The belief that, despite everything, the CIA is looking out for the good of the universe and that what he is doing is Good. k meme

Shipping challenge: Eight, Clara, Arrias.

ooh okay not quite so immediately obvious as Narvin but... 

Eight: Charley, Vansell, Romana (are you accusing me of having way too many feelings about Neverland because if you are you would be 100% correct). Incidentally, Eight is just about the only Doctor I can actually ship with anyone. Except possibly The Master. Who should possibly be added to the list, mostly because of this fantastic fanfic. 

Clara: Vastra and Jenny, preferably both at once. I think she made a friend in one episode and I shipped that, but have since forgotten it.

Arrias: ... um. Okay I actually don't really have ships for Arrias, possibly because I don't want to inflict that asshole on anyone in the party. Maybe Stranger a bit? It feels terribly forward saying as such.Maybe Flower. They can have a June wedding and wear flowers in their hair. Everyone is invited. There will be natural flower petal confetti.
