it really seems like pierro would be a homophonic old man but he’s not. I feel like he’s gay. At point I can see him being homophobic. But then he realized he didn’t hate gay people (*cough* the five sinners *cough*) because they were gay. He hated them because they were annoying as fuck.
How he comes out: everyone kinda assumes that he’s a homophobia old man until one day you uncover a photo of him while he was in college kissing a man (Hroptatyr) and not just like a peck on the lips but a full on makeout session. When asked about it pierro said “and what” and promptly went back to working
Reaction to you coming out: he tell you to get out of his office and get back to work

he knows that he’s attracted to men and has some attraction to women however he doesn’t know what to call that. However he too focused on wanting to relieve his suffering (die) to question his identity. Like I think he definitely knows that he’s not fully straight but he doesn’t have the time to question that. Hes just too tired to think about whether or not he’s bi or pan so he just uses the term queer
How he might come out: he would read a list containing a bunch of different sexuality and would read one and say “hmph so that’s what that feeling is called”
If you came out to him: he would give you thumbs up. And keeping doing what he was doing before.

She’s she’s attracted to women in a very magical girl kind of way . As in the holding hands in space to represent how hope is ever constant and how you are never alone (aka Madonna magica kind of lesbianism). It’s very beautiful very sweet very symbolic.
How she would come out: Lauma would ask the heavens what is this attraction that she’s feeling and columbina would float down and introduce her to girl in red
if you came out to her: she would tell you a cryptic line about how the moons bless apon ye and then ask if your going to play checkers with her or not
Dottore

He’s obnoxious about it especially durning pride month. Doesn’t get more budget money, homophobia. Experiment goes wrong, the experiment is being homophobic. Isn’t allowed to comit medical malpractice, the law is homophobic. And you have to respect it (only a little bit).
how he would come out: besides his constant blaming of homophobia on his problems and his openly flirting with Pantalone constantly it would be that outfit that he wore in that webtoon that gave it away.
If you came out to him: he would tell you that he doesn’t care that it’s pride month he’s still gonna keep experimenting on you

Sapphic
Specially she’s a butch lesbian. She is the target demographic for those “women want me men fear me” hate and that makes the work a way better place for it. I can also see her doing some gender fuckery but I’m not sure.
How she would come out: randomly throws in a “my wife” into the conversation that nearly gives the whole room whiplash
If you came out to her: she would be proud of you, she won’t make it a huge thing, but she would give you a little smile

He’s corporate pride embodied. he changes the harbinger logo to a rainbow version of it and post something vaguely about supporting the LGBTQ community. I know he’s a nice grandpa but he’s also a politician and we need to remember that
How he would come out: would write a bunch of posts about being an ally to the community to gain more public support.
If you came out to him: he would include you in a thing about how diverse the fatui is, you are now marketing material

( I think he’s trans too and Honestly, there are way more qualified people than me to explain Scaramouche and his connections to the trans communities so i’d recommend checking out their posts and videos). During pride month he is going to rant about his “stupid mom and that horrible pink fox”. He’s also the only person who could fight back against Dottore calling everything that wrongs him homophobic. how you may ask, by doing it himself, of course.
How he would come out: Would type a comment complaining about how “yae miko keeps shoving it in everyone’s faces that she’s dating the archon” and when Yae replies back saying “homophobic much” he would say “I’m gay, you’re just annoying as fuck”
If you came out to him: he’s calling you a puny human who’s bothering a future god with such trivial information. But other than that he’s kinda supportive
Sandrone
Lesbian but also demiromantic
She’s another case of “surprisingly not homophobic” she just thinks everyone else around her is very annoying and everyone else around her oh so happens to be gay. However, at one point in time, pantalone is full on convinced that she called him the F slur behind his back, however that could’ve just been the wind.
How she would come out: Got caught searching “girls kissing” 20 times on her work computer. Then tried to throw others under the bus before Embarrassingly admitting that she did that.
If you came out to her: you’re going to get a loud “get out of my lab I’m working!!!!!!!” from her. She’s gonna be a little bit pissed from now on that. You just kind of entered like that, but she’s not gonna be homophobic towards you.
Signora
Bisexual (male leaning)
Before rostam I can see her having a few female relationships. However after him she has decided that in morning of him, she’s not going to be on the dating market.
How she out to you: she would say somethingIke “ don’t think I haven’t checked to see if the other side of the fence is greener” aka some metaphor about having kissed girls before
If you came out to her: if you’re part of the house of hearth she would become your loud ally. you are getting A LOT of rainbow stuff durning pride month and she will cause a scene in public if you are wronged durning the month of June. Not part of the house of hearth? It is unsaid but you are now her homosexual supporting cast.
Pantalone
Gay
He’s the “gay or European” song embodied. It’s very hard to tell because he’s a crypto and stock bro. He’s going to try to use being gay as a way to get money durning June.Yes he will always employ rainbow capitalism and yes it be taken down at 11:49pm on June 30th because it’s not longer profitable.
How he would come out: as soon as it turns June 1st he’s posting that people should go to northland back to “come support a gay owned business”
If you come out to him: he’s going to charge you a coming out fee and if you want a good response to coming out that will also be a fee.
Childe
Aroace( doesn’t know it)
I don’t think he’s ever sat down to think about what he is and if he ever does he’s going to spiral. He assumes that is how everyone feels that way and is happy that he isn’t letting things like love or romance get in the way of serving the Tsaritsa. So he’s just going to keep ignoring this question. Besides I don’t think that’s his most pressing issue.
If he came out: Would accidentally admitting it without really understanding. Like within a interview a reporter would ask “ so your saying you have never felt romantic or sexual attraction” and Childe would respond “I guess you could say so” and then not understand what that interviewer was even talking about
If you come out to him: he’s going to be supportive and he’s going to offer to kill someone for you durning pride month, killing and maiming is how he shows he’s being an ally
