Cisco had honestly meant to travel to one of the worlds Harry and he had discussed. But as he pushed himself up and looked around, he knew for certain he’d miscalculated and landed on a world he knew nothing about.
And from the looks of it, it wasn’t the sort of time period he thought he’d do well in.
So Cisco accidentally vibes himself onto a different world because after getting Barry back, after getting him out of prison and after all of the other crap they’ve gone through, Cisco decides he NEEDS a break, so he talks to Harry and they come up with a list of possible worlds he could visit and be relatively safe on. Only he messes up by accident and sends himself to a world that is all medieval and magic based.
But before he can vibe himself away, he gets hurt by a passing group of soldiers, and he’s rescued by half Dragon Mick Rory and his human archer lover Oliver Queen.
Who are on their way to mount a rescue of Mick’s dragon brethren, Leonard who was captured trying to save his True Love, Barry Allen, who’s been cursed by the evil Sorcerer Eobard Thawne.
When Cisco is sick Ollie calls in doctors to make sure that he has the best care. When Oliver is sick Cisco does his mom's home remedies and sits with him until he's better
Oliver doesn't like Cisco calling him Ollie and prefers something that he comes up with on his own.
They spend the weekends always out of town. In fact Cisco Vibes them to other universes for just a moment of relief.

we all know cisco is rather skilled at flirting, but goes fucking brainless when someone flirts back at him. he gets flustered and surprised and just barely manages a real serious reply. oliver is the king of flirting, that slut, and has no issues with someone flirting back. so. cisco flirts with him. and oliver plays along bc that's what he does. and cisco can't fucking speak because jesus christ oliver fucking queen the ARROW just FLIRTED WITH HIM what the FUCL is HAPPENING. i imagine that's how their last interaction during invasion! went before oliver left- cisco nonseriously flirts bc he doesnt actually think a guy like ollie would be into him but he's joking he's a jokester it's a prank man it's totally a joke pfft he doesn't have a crush on him haha it's a JOKE. then oliver's actually into it. and cisco is too stunned to do anything about it and oliver just kinda stares at this guy he just made lose speech. so oliver has to go but says he'll be seeing cisco again and then he's gone and by god. cisco is not okay
he's still not sure if it's a joke, is the thing. like he was joking. being stupid and wiggling his brows. and oliver leaned in so close and was all in his face with a hungry little smile. good god, cisco likes MEN. he already knew that, but FUCK.
so nothing happens. for a long time. like, a weird amount of time. they watch their partners get together, they see each other near constantly as the polycule grows and their teams get closer and everyone becomes besties. they flirt occasionally. it's not serious, cisco tells himself, they just stumbled into it being their dynamic.
during elseworlds, cisco fully believed that oliver was his boyfriend-of-many-years bartholomew henry allen. so. ahmm. they may have smooched. and cisco may have grazed his hips on oliver's fingertips and maybe he even scratched the back of his head before oliver came to his senses and opted out. and then wverything gets fixed and cisco has a lonely little freakout session over kinda making out with oliver fucking queen and then he tries to ignore how much he liked it. they both do
even still. oliver always flirts back ofc. but he's coming to think that cisco really isn't as into him as oliver wants him to be. and oliver is not emotionally intelligent enough to just... tell him how he feels. ansd cisco thinks its all a big heheharhar funny joke. the elseworlds kiss was a misunderstanding. it's a joke. shut up, felicity, they're joking.
but then, 2021. cisco gets the argus offer. he and kamilla are seriously considering moving to star city. in the au, olicity never relocated to a remote cabin in the woods, and are raising baby mia and young william in their apartment per usual. and cisco is felicity's boyfriend and mia just adores kamisco and william's spending the weekend at zoe's so it just makes sense that kamisco stays at olicity's while they're visiting, checking everything out and all, y'know?
i don't want to spoil the fic too much even tho i probably won't be done with it for a while but oliver eventually convinces cisco to stay on team flash. fucking oliver is to thank for cisco no longer wanting to leave. christ almighty.
cisco has so many cats thus he gets cat hair all over oliver's clothes, the bastard
cisco is near constantly trying to convince him to rename himself something that doesn't have a color in it. considering cisco named golden glider, they argue over whether gold counts as a real color. it's oliver's gotcha everytime
oliver likes it so much when his hair is fluffy as fuck. it's so pretty. he always wants to play with cisco's hair but cisco doesn't really like to have people just playing with his hair nonsensically, so if oliver wants to touch his hair so much he has to agree to braid it or clip it or style it etc etc
cisco says that one of the reasons he's into oliver is bc how similar he looks to cisco's other bf ronnie raymond. they don't see it
oliver took him to a baseball game once and spent the whole time explaining the rules to cisco while cisco acted like one of those sports narrator guys
cisco also believes in the batman. even after meeting kate kane, oliver isn't convinced. this is something they debate a lot as well. cisco called his car the arrowmobile once and oliver didnt talk to him for a month
cisco also has oliver binge the h*rry p*tter movies, pirating ofc, and oliver constantly complains about every change from the books while cisco tallies the amount of times something is racist/ableist/queerphobic etc etc. felicity was pissed the fuck off when oliver came home and made her realize that h*gwarts isnt wheelchair accessible. you're not a wizard, felicity.
for a long time cisco feels uneasy under oliver's watchful eyes. he gets flustered and awkward and rambly, which is hard bc oliver just loves watching him talk
