For lineart specifically (monochrome stuff), if your layer is in "color" mode, liquify tool will most likely blur it during transformation...

If you set it to "monochrome" first, IT STAYS CRISPY 🤯🤯🤯

It was tested in version 1.x of csp so even if you NEVER upgraded it, it should still work for you!!!

UPDATE!!! (for versions 2.1+)

I finally found it! I saw this video back in 2021 and it helped me so much when it came to drawing faces! I couldn't remember what it was called but always thought of it when I was drawing. Hope you all enjoy this video and find it helpful!

I made this due a thread of “high” cost of traditional art materials. This is a trick than comic teachers showed to me, to not discard smol pencils and extend their use. If you have a spent edding or something similar, you can cut both ends (with a little caution), extract the ink charge/sponge, clean and use it as an extension for the pencil. Yes, I use this to render an draw. :)

Im posting my ugly ass bottle again but i wanted to show how i cut the drawing in half, folded it in half, and cut it out with a knife and filled it out. It looks a lot better when its actually symmetrical 😂 i guess if i wanted to paint it i could trace this new shape and fill it in from there

Okay so there is that tic toc about a guid to view eyes from any angle, and I wanted to show you could do that with a folded piece of card (or in my case a piece of watercolor paper) and Bo Llama.

Light art exercise about different levels of reference. Rather fun technique, i recommend. What i took away from this: Reference is important kids, but its also important to know when you cant force it.
