ARTHUR- Windenburg Academy is under the jurisdiction of the Realm, Abra...and it is highly frowned upon to use magics of any kind here at the school, except during class studies. We pride ourselves in teaching our gifts to our students in the proper way.  And you and Ezil were aware of these rules when you were admitted during orientation.

NICO- “So, how does the administration want to discipline him, Mr. Compton?”

ARTHUR- “Unfortunately, there is a zero tolerance for this type of behavior and it has been agreed upon, and authorized by Master Goth, that Abra is to be expelled for the remainder of the school year.”

ABRA- “Kicked out??  I just------”

ARTHUR- “I am very sorry, Abra, and Mr. Boedell and Mr. Lennon, it is out of my hands.

NICO- “But he can apply for re-admission next year, correct?”

ARTHUR- “Yes, he can do so, if that is what you would want.  There is no guarantee however that he would be re-admitted.”

LENNON- “I understand, why Abra has been called here, but why has Ezil?”

ARTHUR- “Ezil, unfortunately we spoke to Master Goth, your guardian, who is currently in El Salvador on realm business, and he agreed with the administration, that you would also be expelled for the remainder of the school year.”

EZIL- “But why?? I never used magics at all.”

ARTHUR- “Yes, we are aware, but you allowed Abra to make the room changes and did not report the violation. I’m sorry but we will have to let you go this year as well...”

ARTHUR- “So you all have been asked here to discuss some issues and allegations.  This is very difficult, but no student can be allowed to let slide in regards to these issues.

NICO- “Go ahead Mr. Compton. I agree, no one should be treated differently due to who their family may be.”

ABRA- “What’s all this about?!”

ARTHUR- “Abra, I want you to listen carefully, and then honestly answer the questions I will ask.  Okay?”

ABRA- “Sure...but I am not sure why we are all here?”

NICO- “Abra, just listen to Mr. Compton.”

ARTHUR- “I was calling for Nico Boedell, this is Arthur Compton, from Windenburg Academy....”

NICO- “This is Nico, how can I help you Mr. Compton?”

ARTHUR- “I am one of the counselors here at the Academy, and there may be a problem with your grandson, Abra.”

NICO- “Abra!? Is he okay??!”

ARTHUR- “Yes, he is fine, but there have been some inconsistencies in his classroom participation and tests, and we are having some concerns....”

ARTHUR- “It has been brought to our attention that your test scores, and all your quizzes in all your classes are all currently at 100%.”

ABRA- “Awesome...so am I going to be put up a grade with Ezil?”

ARTHUR- “No, Abra, this is not normal...actually it is unprecedented.  After speaking to all your teachers, we can not understand how this is possible. As you have missed several classes, and when you are in your class, you either sleep or pay very little attention.  Which leads us to believe that you are are very likely cheating ---- “

ABRA- “What?  I am not cheating....”

ARTHUR- “Let me continue, please....  It has also come to our attention that you and Ezil are room mates.  Which was not the initial room assignment for you, Abra.  However the room which you were assigned is now being used by Morgan Bachman.  However, Morgan has no recollection that he was ever, at any time assigned the room with Ezil.  This leads us to believe that someone used magics to cast a teleportation spell on Morgan.  There is only one student here that we know of that has that ability, Abra....”

ABRA- “He was harassing Ezil. Getting into his personal items and computer. I did it to protect my friend.”

ARTHUR- “There are proper channels in which we take care of those kinds of issues.  We do not at any time use magic in this manner. And we certainly do not use our gifts to cheat on tests and quizzes...or read other students minds.”

ABRA- “I wasn’t....”

ARTHUR- “Carl Boedell notified us otherwise, Abra.

NICO- “Inconsistency? What do you mean?”

ARTHUR- He rarely comes to class on time, and when he does, he either sleeps or is non-participatory. Like he doesn’t want to be there, yet when he has tests, well let’s just say he has passed every exam and pop quiz in every class at 100%.. We think that he may be using his abilities to not do the work, but pass all the tests. And there was an incident with his room assignment.”

NICO- “Room assignment?  I don’t understand.”

ARTHUR- “Mr. Boedell, He literally changed rooms with another student....magically. The other student doesn’t even remember being in his former room. I really think you need to come to the school, Mr. Boedell. These are major violations and must be addressed.”

NICO- “Okay, I can say I am literally in shock, but I and his grandfather will be there first thing in the morning. Thank you.”

ARTHUR- “Thank you, Mr. Boedell. I am looking forward to meeting you and Mr. Goth. I hate the circumstances, and I hate to have to do this, really sorry.”
